Kolarctic ENPI CBC Programme:
Overall objective: Developing New e-Health Approaches and Strengthening the Learning and Health connection through multimodalities and ICT applications at Schools
Overall objective: creation of modern system of inclusive education in the European North of Russia based on the best international experience and disseminating the project results to other regions. To promote educational conditions of vulnerable people (such as with special educational needs, immigrants, juvenile offenders, Roman population, other groups ‘at risk’), to improve their accessibility and participation in society and to promote their social contacts in joint activities.
EU Seventh Framework Programme FP7:
Overall objective: improvement of the physical state as well as the resistance to degradation of the monuments sustaining the functionality and the aesthetic appearance through a long period of time.
Nordic Council of Ministers:
Project objectives: Contribute to a more healthy diet in a changing Arctic through bringing scientists and stakeholders from Norway, Finland and Russia together
To contribute to the innovative territorial development of the participating Nordic and North-West Russian regions through enhancement of economic cooperation and trade between the Nordic Countries and the North-West Russia.

This project will contribute to increased understanding of the complexity of joint operations, the resources needed, and alternative organizational design and management tools for operational coordination and control.
The project will build local capacities for and demonstrate local solutions to improved energy efficiency in buildings in three regions in North West Russia: Pskov, Vologda and Arkhangelsk Oblasts.
Rendering support to the Russian higher education modernization, development of higher education institutions as long-life learning centers. SIU - Norwegian Centre for International Cooperation in Education:
Project objectives: 1. Competence development and elaborating solutions to common problems in the topic forest management in Northern Europe and the Arctic region with special emphasis to conservation of taiga forests 2. Strengthening educational and research links between the regional higher education institutions of Russia and Norway (specifically Northern Arctic Federal University, NArFU in Russia and Nord-Trondelag University College, HiNT, Norway) as well as opening the collaboration to other private and public entities and the public in general 3. Disseminating and create awareness on the above mentioned topic that is already scarcely known by the big public. Implementation period: 2016
Project objectives: 1. Students' competence development and elaborating solutions to common problems in the topic of tourism in the Arctic region (specifically within existing international BA program "Travel and tourism management") 2. Strengthening educational and research links between the regional higher education institutions of Russia, Norway and Finland (specifically Northern Arctic Federal University, NArFU in Russia; Harstad University College, HiH, Norway; Lapland University of Applied Sciences, Lapland UAS, Finland) in the field of Arctic tourism 3. Enhancing of participation of local authorities responsible for tourism development in the Arctic and tourist companies in the educational process. Implementation period: 2016-2018
Goal: create a long-lasting network among educational and practicing institutions in the Barents region in the field of peace education and practical peace work.
Overall objective: Development of postgraduate education in Russian Federation and Norway, the harmonization of postgraduate education programs in the field of the mining industry management in the North
